The Bilbord platform allows users to upload documents and optional images, which are then automatically processed and formatted for publication. The system uses automated processes for text processing, adaptation, and restructuring in accordance with the platform's editorial standards.

Automated content processing

Uploaded content may be automatically modified, shortened, reorganized, or reformatted to comply with editorial rules and publication format. The final published version may differ from the original document uploaded by the user.

The system may, among other things:

• shorten text;
• remove repetition;
• restructure paragraphs;
• generate a title;
• adjust formatting;
• select or position images.

The goal of these processes is to create a clear editorial article suitable for publication. The platform does not guarantee that the published article will fully match the original document.

Responsibility for content

The user is fully responsible for the content they upload. By uploading content, the user confirms that:

• they have the right to publish the submitted text;
• the content does not violate applicable laws;
• the content does not include hate speech, illegal material, or harmful information.

The platform operator is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or false statements in user-uploaded materials.

Image rights

The user is responsible for securing the rights to upload and publish images. The platform may automatically place images within the article, including featured and supporting positions.

If images do not include adequate credits, captions, or descriptions, the platform operator is not responsible for missing attribution. The user must ensure that image usage complies with copyright rules.

Content moderation

The platform includes automated moderation systems. If uploaded content contains:

• hate speech;
• extremism;
• illegal activities;
• violence;
• political propaganda;

the system may automatically reject the content and prevent publication. The platform reserves the right to block or remove content that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

The platform operator is not responsible for:

• errors in uploaded documents;
• inaccurate or incomplete information;
• missing image attribution;
• content submitted by users.

Users remain solely responsible for materials they upload.

Service availability

The platform may change functionality, capabilities, or service availability at any time. Access may be limited or temporarily suspended in case of system abuse.

Acceptance of terms

By using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
